Claire de Quénetain is a Belgian based painter who takes her inspiration from nature and gardens where she finds a variety of colours, shapes and movement. These references lead to her personal expression of painted marks. She aims at creating natural atmospheres for interiors.

Her painting practice is applied as murals onto walls, furniture, textiles and paper.

Claire studied Fine Arts at the ECAL, Lausanne and pursued her education in Printed Textiles at the Royal College of Art, London. Since 2015, she has created collections of furnishing fabrics and done several collaborations, including a line of prints for Daydress and Bonsoir of London alongside several painted murals in London, Paris and Brussels.
